This policy sets out what you may and may not create, publish or do with Marvis AI. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Marvis, including the team members you invite and anyone working on your behalf.
You are responsible for everything you publish through Marvis, even when AI wrote or designed it. Check each post before it goes live.
Content you may not create or publish
Do not use Marvis to make, upload or publish content that:
- breaks the law where you, your audience or the platform operate;
- is false or misleading, such as invented prices, fake reviews, fake discounts, made-up awards or listings that do not exist;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including photos, music, logos and fonts you do not have the right to use;
- promotes hatred or violence against people because of their race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
- insults race, religion or royalty, or stirs up hostility between groups;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or defames anyone;
- is sexually explicit, or shows nudity or sexual activity;
- sexualises, exploits or endangers children in any way, which we report to the authorities;
- supports terrorism, violent extremism or organised crime;
- sells or promotes illegal drugs, weapons, illegal gambling, or other goods and services that the law or the platform does not allow;
- promotes scams, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or financial or investment products you are not licensed to offer;
- makes health or medical claims you cannot support;
- shares someone's private information, such as their phone number, address or identity card number, without their permission; or
- contains malware, phishing links or anything else designed to harm people or their devices.
Real people and AI
AI makes it easy to put words in someone's mouth. When content shows or names a real person:
- get written consent from anyone whose face or voice you use in a Digital AI Human video, and stop using it if they withdraw that consent;
- do not make content that pretends to be someone else, or that makes a person appear to say or do something they did not;
- do not suggest that a person, company or brand endorses you unless they do;
- use photos of your customers, staff or members of the public only with their permission; and
- label content as AI-made where a platform or the law asks you to.
Property ads
Many Marvis customers market property. If you do:
- post only listings you are allowed to market, with the owner's or developer's permission;
- keep prices, sizes, locations, features and availability true and up to date, and remove listings that are sold or let;
- use photos of the actual property, and mark artist's impressions, staged or edited images as such;
- show the registration details your rules require, such as your agency's registration number and your REN number, or the developer's licence and advertising permit; and
- follow each platform's rules for housing and property ads.
How you may use the service
You may not:
- send spam, or use Marvis to post the same content across many accounts to game a platform;
- create fake accounts, buy followers, likes or reviews, or fake engagement in any other way;
- connect or publish to a social account that is not yours or that you are not allowed to manage;
- share your login, or let more people use Marvis than your plan has seats for;
- get around plan limits, security or access controls;
- probe, scan or test the security of Marvis without our written permission;
- overload Marvis, or use bots or scrapers to access it;
- use Marvis or its output to train an AI model, or to build a competing product; or
- resell or give access to Marvis to others, unless we agree in writing.
Platform rules
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and the other platforms you connect each have their own rules for content and ads. You must follow them as well as this policy. If a platform removes your post or limits your account, that is between you and the platform.
What we do when this policy is broken
If we believe content or use breaks this policy, we may, depending on how serious it is:
- stop a post from being published, or remove it from Marvis;
- warn you and ask you to fix it;
- limit or suspend your account, or end it under our Terms of Service; and
- report illegal content to the authorities.
We do not review every post before it is published, so this policy does not make us responsible for your content. We may look at content when someone reports it, when we need to keep Marvis safe or when the law requires it.
Reporting a problem
If you see content made with Marvis that breaks this policy, or you think your rights have been infringed, write to us at support@omninexus.io. Include a link to or a copy of the content and tell us why you are reporting it.
