Roles We Will Hire For
Engineering
Build and ship features of Marvis AI end to end, from the interface an agent clicks through to the work behind it. You would work directly with the founders and hear from real estate agents without a layer in between.
What you will do
- Build and ship product features from idea to production
- Work in Next.js, React and TypeScript, with Tailwind and Motion for the interface
- Turn feedback from real estate agents into fixes and new features
- Keep the product fast, reliable and easy to use
What we look for
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript
- Comfortable owning a feature across the whole stack
- Care about details in the interface and in the code
- Examples of things you have built, such as projects or open source work

Work on the AI behind Marvis AI: the prompts, models and pipelines that turn a property listing into posts, captions and photos an agent can publish.
What you will do
- Improve the prompts, models and pipelines behind every post
- Turn a listing PDF or link into a month of posts that read well
- Measure output quality and fix what agents would not publish
- Keep AI costs and wait times low as usage grows
What we look for
- Experience building with large language models in production
- Solid Python or TypeScript
- A habit of testing model output instead of trusting it
- Experience with image models is a plus

Build the services behind Marvis AI: the APIs, the scheduler that publishes posts on time, and the connections to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
What you will do
- Build and run the APIs the product depends on
- Keep the scheduler publishing every post on time
- Maintain the connections to each social platform
- Find and fix errors before agents notice them
What we look for
- Experience building APIs with Node.js or Python
- Comfortable with databases, queues and background jobs
- Experience working within the limits of third-party APIs
- Care about logs, alerts and uptime

Test Marvis AI the way a busy agent uses it, on a phone between viewings or a laptop at night, and catch what breaks before they do.
What you will do
- Test new features on phones and laptops before they ship
- Write automated tests for the flows agents use most
- Report bugs clearly so they get fixed fast
- Check that posts look right on every platform
What we look for
- Experience testing web apps by hand and with automated tools
- Familiar with Playwright, Cypress or similar
- Patience to try the same flow many different ways
- Clear written English

Design
Shape how Marvis AI looks and feels for agents who are busy and not technical. You would design flows, screens and the small details between them, and work with developers to get them built as drawn.
What you will do
- Design flows and screens for the product and the website
- Make a complex job, like a month of posts from one listing, feel simple
- Keep a consistent visual style across the product
- Work with developers so designs ship the way they were drawn
What we look for
- A portfolio that shows your process and finished work
- Strong visual sense and attention to typography and spacing
- Experience designing for real users and learning from them
- Comfortable working closely with developers

Design the post templates, layouts and brand kits that Marvis AI uses to make content, so every listing an agent posts looks like it came from a studio.
What you will do
- Design post templates for new listings, open houses and sales
- Build brand kits that agents can make their own
- Keep every template easy to read on a phone
- Make short animated versions of the templates agents use most
What we look for
- A portfolio of social media or print design
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Fluent in Figma or Adobe tools
- Motion design experience is a plus

Marketing
Write the guides, posts and emails that show agents how to market themselves, and the words across our site and product.
What you will do
- Write guides and posts that teach agents to market themselves
- Write emails for new and existing customers
- Keep the words on our site and in the product short and clear
- Help shape the captions Marvis AI writes
What we look for
- Clear, plain writing in English
- Samples of published work
- Able to explain a feature in one sentence
- Writing in Malay or Chinese is a plus

Find the real estate agents who need Marvis AI. You would run campaigns and partnerships with agencies, and measure what brings agents in and what keeps them.
What you will do
- Plan and run campaigns that reach real estate agents
- Build partnerships with agencies and property groups
- Track sign-ups, activation and retention
- Run small tests and keep what works
What we look for
- Experience with paid ads and campaign tools
- Comfortable with numbers and dashboards
- Experience marketing to small businesses or professionals
- Knowledge of the Malaysian property market is a plus
