This policy explains the cookies and browser storage that OmniNexus Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202401012303 / 1558153-T) ("OmniNexus", "we", "us") uses on omninexus.io and in Marvis AI, what each one is for, and how you can control them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data involved.
What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser. The site reads it on later visits, for example to keep you signed in. Browser storage, such as localStorage, works the same way, except that it stays in your browser and is not sent to the website with each request.
Some cookies are set by the site you are on. Others are set by another company whose content that site loads.
What we use
We use only what the website and Marvis need to work, and to remember the choices you make.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on omninexus.io. If we add any, we will list them here first and ask for your consent where the law requires.
Cookies set by other companies
Some actions take you to another company, or load content from one, and that company may set its own cookies under its own policy:
- Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple. The sign-in page belongs to that company, and it uses its own cookies to sign you in.
- Connecting a social account. When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X, you approve the connection on that platform's own page.
- Paying for a plan. Our payment processor may use cookies on its checkout to process your payment and prevent fraud.
- Link previews. On our careers page, some previews of articles about us load from Microlink, a screenshot service. Like any server your browser loads a file from, it receives your IP address and browser details.
How to control them
You can see, block and delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Most browsers also have a private mode that deletes them when you close the window.
If you clear your browser data, the site forgets your theme and goes back to following your device. If you block the cookies Marvis needs, you will not be able to sign in.

We will update this page when we add, change or remove a cookie. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
